Payment Policy

We gladly accept PayPal online. We accept Mastercard and Visa manually. You can call us at 1-801-468-1117, or fax us at 1-801-468-1110, or email us at sales@tltooling.com.  Send us a purchase order, and we can process it through the office.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that the correct product will arrive in good condition or we will replace it, or return the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping.  If purchaser orders wrong products all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. We ship all products UPS.  If you need Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2 day or 3 day delivery call 1-801-468-1117 or email sales@tltooling.com.  Sorry, we do not ship outside USA at this time.  There is a $25 surcharge for shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii.

Return Policy

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date.  The product must be in original undamaged container and unused condition.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact the office for an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization Number)before you return an item for directions. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns ordered in error by buyer.
